Tickets to see Real Madrid games are notoriously hard to obtain. They are sold in a priority order - first to season ticket holders, then to club members, and lastly to members of a special fan club, "Carnet Madridista".

If you are more than seven days out - call the Real Madrid ticket office at (+34) 902-324-324. You can pay over the phone with a credit card and later collect your tickets at Taquilla 14 (Gate 14) at the stadium on the day of the game. If you don't speak Spanish you can also buy the tickets directly from Real Madrid through their webpage.

Usually you'll find the next couple of matches detailed, and you'll have the option to reserve tickets. This section of the website is in Spanish. Look for 'venta' which means 'sales'. Some match tickets can only be reserved by members. To collect your tickets, go to the first floor of the commercial center in the corner of the Real Madrid stadium, between 11am-8pm any day except match days. To pick up pre-booked tickets on match days, you need to go to the ticket office at the stadium.

BOX OFFICE:

Real Madrid tickets can also be purchased directly from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium at the Box Office window #44. Box office 44 is in torre (tower) A, and tickets for each Saturday's game are on sale the day before (Friday) from 3:00-8:30.

Seating Plans

Real Madrid play in the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, which has the capacity to seat 80,000 spectators. The address of the stadium is: Concha Espina 1. You can get to it by taking the metro to the Santiago Bernabéu stop (Dark Blue Line, L10). When you exit the metro, the stadium is right in front of you.

The seating in the Santiago Bernabéu stadium is divided as follows:

Category 1: Low/middle sides
Category 2: High sides
Category 3: Low/middle goals
Category 4: High goals

This means that category 1 and category 3 are closest to pitch level.
